2. BUYER

The offer of products on this website is aimed at consumers of our services, understanding by consumer what is established in article 3 of “Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007”, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter TRLGDCU).

For these purposes, consumers or users will be considered natural persons who act for a purpose unrelated to their commercial, business, trade or profession. 3. WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

4. RESERVATION POLICY

We currently do not have a minimum advance notice to make your reservation, being able to make a reservation in advance as desired.

However, in order to make a reservation in the game Mystery City: Cerdà's Secret, at least 24 hours in advance will be necessary.

Only person(s) who are at least 18 years old can make reservations. In case of going with minors, the companion of at least 18 years of age must sign an authorization before entering any of our rooms. In the event that minors come to our facilities with a companion, this will count as one more member of the team. Once your reservation is requested, you will receive an email with all the details and a link to make a prepayment of €30 that will be active for 15 minutes. Once the prepayment of €30 has been made, your reservation will be finally confirmed.

5. POLICY OF MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

The reservation cannot be canceled or modified with less than 48 hours in advance. In case of cancellation or modification of dates with less than 48 hours, consumer customers are informed that the €30 paid as prepayment will not be refunded. The difference in price will not be refunded if fewer players finally attend than those listed at the time of booking.

In the event that more players than those listed in the reservation finally attend (which in no case may exceed the capacity of each room), the difference in price must be paid at the time of accessing the facilities.

In the event of cancellations made 48 hours prior to the start of the game, the customer will receive a refund of the prepayment made, except for the amount of €5 for administrative and management expenses.

For modifications made prior to 48 hours, changes may be made in the number of players, paying the amount proportional to the number of players assigned with the price shown on the website.

Regarding the modifications of the reservation date made prior to 48 hours, it can be made without any additional charge, provided that the reservation is made with the availability shown for the day of the refund request (30 days).

In the case of the game Mystery City: Cerdà's Secret and The Search for the Snake Stone, to request a cancellation or reschedule the reserved service you must contact us via email: who@mistery.city with at least 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation.

If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before its start, the amounts paid as prepayment will not be refunded. Any communication in relation to the game Mistery City must be made via email to who@mistery.city.

6. USE POLICY OF OUR SERVICES

  • In order to enjoy our services, the teams must be ready at our facilities 15 minutes before the start of the game. In case of not arriving at the agreed time, entry may be denied or, where appropriate, the playing time may be proportionally reduced. In both cases, customers are informed that prepayments already made will not be returned.
  • Entry is prohibited to those who are intoxicated or who have used substances prohibited by law.
  • During the development of the game, the use of mobile phones, watches or flashlights is strictly prohibited.
  • During the development of the game, taking photographs or videos is strictly prohibited.
  • The entry of food or drinks is not allowed.
  • Playing our games is not recommended for people who have or may have cardiovascular diseases, epilepsy or claustrophobia.

7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE GAME THE SECRET OF CERDÀ AND THE SEARCH FOR THE SNAKE STONE

The game consists of walking around the city. The player will respect traffic and take precautions when crossing streets and walking through crowded areas. The player assumes full responsibility for any accident or damage that may occur during the process of the activity. The game does NOT require the player to enter any private places, touch anything in the city, or perform any physical challenges beyond walking between the locations indicated on the map.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during the game.

The game and all backpack material are property of Mystery City Games BV. You may not reproduce or copy any part of the game or the materials. The player must return the game and all backpack contents to Maximum Escape no later than 30 minutes before closing time on the day of their reservation. If the player causes intentional damage to the materials, they will bear their repair costs.

Furthermore, the player agrees not to reveal any information related to the script and challenges posed in the game.

By approving this document, the player gives permission for a TripAdvisor questionnaire to be sent to his email.

8. CERTIFICATES DELIVERY POLICY

Electronic certificates will not be cumulative between them. Likewise, discount coupons cannot be accumulated when applying the electronic certificate.

For the delivery of the certificates, you can choose between picking it up at one of our centers at no additional cost or scheduling delivery by courier. In case of choosing the ticket by courier, the service will have an additional cost of 10 euros that will be added to the total amount.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, we will send you the order consisting of the products/s listed in each Shipping Confirmation without undue delay and no later than 7 calendar days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

Please note that there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances that may affect the delivery date.

If for any reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option of going ahead with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid.

Keep in mind, in any case, that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.

Anomalies, damage or damaged packages

Undeliverable

If we are unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to our warehouse. Likewise, we will leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to have it sent to you again.

If you are not going to be at the place of delivery on the agreed date, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.

In the event that 15 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved.

As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method). that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated.
